Charleville Historic House & Museum
Overview
Historic House Museum is full of treasures from a bygone era when life was tough for both early pioneers & indigenous Australians.
Charleville's Historic House is the oldest permanent building in Alfred Street. Today, as our local Museum, the house brims with the precious memories and items from the district's pioneering families. Its collections reflect the daily life, trails and tribulations of the Outback and feature the tools - from fixing a coach to making a pie - used through the ages.
