Mental Health First Refresher Course

Overview

Mental Health First Aid Refresher is being offered for free in Charleville from 8am to 12pm on 12 February (flyer attached). The Refresher course allows people who have previously completed a full Mental Health First Aid course in the last 3 years to refresh their knowledge and skills and extends their accreditation for a further 3 years. The content is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.

Facilitated by the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), supported by Tackling Regional Adversity through Connected Communities (TRACC) program, there are limited spaces available. Please register by emailing traic_swhhs@health.qld.gov.au.
