Cancellation Policy

For all bookings whilst we provide a Free Booking Service, any changes or cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract an AUD $22 (inc GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. Please read the Operator Cancellation Policy carefully before paying for your booking.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or activity or for any reason beyond our control.

For accommodation: Please be aware that only the number of persons declared at the time of the booking can stay in the accommodation listed above. Operators do have a right to impose additional fees in extra people stay in their accommodation.

All refunds due will be in compliance with the operator cancellation policy. Any variations are at the discretion of the operator.
